It’s been a year too long. Hip pain?
Okay, A year ago i went on a trip and had to carry 3 bags. My grandmothers 2 bags and my laptop bag. this equals about 50-100 pounds all together. I had to carry around ohare, Dallas and San Deigo airport. I did this both ways. I noticed during the trip that i was forming muscle spasms in my lower back. at the time size of quarters.
Now a year later those spasms are golf ball size. I had points in the past year where i couldn’t walk because the pain of moving. I have been to my doctor. He give me pain killers and a muscle relaxer. After a month of that, I went to a chiropractor. Now, I am going to a different chiropractor.
Yes, i know my hips are out of alignment.i know my left leg is longer then the right. NO one has been able to help me yet.
BUT, i just want to be out of pain. i want to be able to dance again!!
Have you ever had any problems like this?
what would you do?
any advice?
any exercises i could do to help me put my hips relined?
OK, quite simply, you need to see a physician, there is no reason to se a Chiropractor with this kind of condition, There is a possibility that you have herniated something, but without a physical exam, I can’t say anything with what information I have, see an MD.
